Jewish Music Report features Hillel Kapnick of One Man Band + Plus

Recently www.JewishMusicReport.com ran a feature post with a video of Hillel playing at a recent wedding.  Click here to see the article and video. The video is of one of the recent weddings that Hillel played in Williamsburg with Yoni Korbman and Meyer Rosenbaum.

Poll Results!

Although there are many different opinions on how a new singer should enter the Jewish Music scene, after our poll we seem to have one answer that trumped the rest of them. The winning answer was that a singer should release a single with a music video. The reason that this choice was so popular is because most singers cannot afford to release an entire album. A single is a good alternative to this. Pair that with a GOOD music video and you're giving the general public something to listen to as well as something to watch. Are you an aspiring singer or musician looking to make a spot for yourself in the Jewish Music World? Head on over to www.hillelkaps.com  where you can find affordable ways to record your music and even have music videos produced for all of your different projects.

Bar Mitzvah in Philadelphia

Dancing by the Bar Mitzvah
Hillel recently played the Ganz Bar Mitzvah in Philadelphia. There was a large attendance and a lot of dancing! You may notice on the right side of our website that we recommend "Siyatah Studios". Siyatah is currently run and operated by Dudi Ganz, the Ba'al Simcha of this Bar Mitzvah. Feel free to check the link to his site on the right side of the website and see for yourself why you should hire Siyatah Studios to photograph and video your next Event or Simcha!

This adds to the list of places that One Man Band + Plus has traveled to in order to play a Simcha. The list is currently

  • Monsey, NY
  • Brooklyn, NY
  • Fairlawn, NJ
  • Teaneck, NJ
  • West Hartford, CT
  • Lakewood, NJ
  • Englewood, NJ
  • Passaic, NJ
  • Mountaindale, NY
  • Providence, RI
  • Far Rockaway, NY

And we will continue to add to the list! If you notice that we left any place out of our list please let us know!
